I had a rock hit my windshield so I called a mobile windshield repair service.  Jarrod Olsen, owner, came out the next day to replace the windshield on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder.

During the install he dropped the windshield on the hood, broke the brackets on the outer molding of the vehicle, ripped up the inner brackets and dashboard, and ruined the inspection sticker.  He asked for a black magic marker to repair the 7 he ripped on the sticker.  You can imagine how that looks.

He left when my husband told him the work was terrible and we would need his insurance information.  He literally took off and did not leave a receipt.  I called him to ask for the information and he told me he was coming back to repo the windshield.  I called the police and the officer who came out was shocked at what he saw.

We took the vehicle to the body shop the next day for an estimate and they said the car was not safe to drive.  It has been sitting at my in-laws house and we have borrowed their car for the last 14 days.

Date of service 9/3/14, Jarrod did not have insurance at the time.  Novus corporate has not helped at all.  The vehicle has not been repaired as of today.

I would like the DFW area to know about this b/c he is the only Novus representative in our area.  I would like to save others the time and pain that has been associated with this nightmare.
