My husband and I attended a seminar 9/24/12 where Mr. Kenney and his staff presented the opportunity for us to buy into a private resort membership agreement.  We were mailed a postcard offering a free airline ticket to anywhere in the USA if we attended.  At first we weren't interested and attempted to walk out, but they asked us back in the room and offered a lower fee.  When we turned that down, Mr. Kenny asked us what we felt it was worth.  We agreed on a total of $2593.00 for the Platinum Lifetime Willable, Sellable, and Transferable Program.

What sold us was the fact that our whole family could use it, promising member benefits of 25% off all inclusive vacations, vacation packages, cruises, hotels, tour packages and anything we'd book ourselves on weekends or evenings when the Arizona Company was closed.  Since we already had reservations for a number of places, Mr. Kenney advised us to send him the receipts when we return, but future stays should be booked with the company in Arizona.

After our September and October stays I sent copies of the receipts to him.  Later when I hadn't heard from him, I mentioned it to the ladies at the Arizona office, and they said I should send receipts to them instead.  Once more, when I hadn't heard I called them, and they said NON created a NEW policy for member benefits reimbursements and to send the receipts back to him.  So, once more we did.  Along with the receipts I included a chart listing each stay, the date, confirmation numbers and the amount due us. ($482.77)

Here it is over eight months later and we've received no member benefits reimbursement.  Often I would call his office and once he returned my calls.  He said the reimbursement was late because the Arizona staff filled reports out incorrectly and that his family had health issues.

Since this discussion and after leaving many more phone messages, I've investigated on-line and see that Now or Never has a pattern of not returning their member benefits.
