Consumers beware! Do not trust Rick Kenney and his sales staff if you decide to attend a travel seminar which you are invited to attend with the promise of free airline tickets. Kenney and his sales people will promise travel savings and rebates, but after they collect your membership fees, you will never receive any benefits. Read the numerous complaints filed with the Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. The complaints are all very similar.
