Now or Never Travel Rick Kenney, Owner Now or Never Travel does not provide the service or benefits agreed to under terms of MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Westlake, Ohio
We became members of Now or Never Travel in September, 2012, after listening to a sales presentation presented by Rick Kenney and his sales staff. We were attracted by the membership benefits and services, which also included savings for family members. We signed a Membership Agreeement and paid $5000 in order to receive the benefits and services. Rick Kenney guaranteed membership savings for car rentals, airfare, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, all inclusives, and condos.
We completed extensive travel in November, which included hotels. Rick Kenney promised a 25% rebate for hotels, whether booked through A-Z Travel or booked on our own, allowing for a 45-day window to receive these rebates. Travel was booked in September, 2012 and completed in November, 2012. As of April, 2013, we have yet to receive any of the rebates, savings, or services promised by Kenney and guaranteed under the terms of the Membership Agreement. Emails to Kenney and phone calls have not been answered.
We expect to receive the benefits of the Membership Agreement signed on 7 September 2012, but due to no response from Kenney or Now or Never Travel, we feel that we made a mistake by signing the Membership Agreement and paying $5000 for a scam. Our only recourse is contacting the various organizations that protect consumers and proceeding with the appropriate legal action, as Kenney and Now or Never Travel are now in violation of the terms of the contract.
