NPF Reporting Division is sending unsuspecting victims a letter informing that they have WON a $1,200,000.00 cash prize from a recent sweepstakes. They include a formal, official looking certificate that also shows your name and that you've WON (not could win or a certificate to enter, but that you've actually WON!) This sweepstakes and that they are holding your cash prize in an account and that they require a $20.00 processing fee in order to send you your winnings! The letter even congratulates you for winning and urges you to send the $20.00 processing fee so that this money is not forever lost to you! This is a scam people!! This exact same letter has been sent to hundreds of thousands of people all across three country. It is their hope that so many people will be so excited and in such desperate need of the $1,200,000.00 that they won't even consider not sending the $20.00 processing fee in order to claim their prize! They will make millions of dollars by stealing $20.00 each from the thousands of people that will just send them money without a second thought. Please folks, let THIS be your FIRST thought, any legitimate sweepstakes or lottery will NEVER require you to pay a fee to collect your prize, NEVER!
