NPMG A Registered ISO/MSP Of JP Morgan Chase Misrepresentation of services to secure contract...took almost 5 days to credit acct instead of next day as promised Palo Alto California

Contract was signed with NPMG based on salesman Matt Adams assurance that nothing would change in the processing of transactions. Misled me to believe that they were wholesale processors for my current processor. When funds were not credited as promised (overnight, as I currently am receiving), I found out that normal credit time is 3 to 5 days.

I cancelled and disconnected system after 3 days and was told I would have to pay a cancellation charge and that since they do not handle the lease on the machines, I have to deal with that separately. They threatened to send me to collection if I did not pay. I informed my bank to stop all charges from them and have not heard from them since. I have since gotten a bill from Chase Merchant bank for under minimum charges, report charges and a monthly service fee...not of which was disclosed at the time of signing.

And, I still have not heard from CIT who holds the lease, and in checking them on this ripoff report, found they have over 65 complaints filed. They were also cited in a Leasing Newsletter in way overcharging on their leases... It was recommended that we refer them to the FTC.

I will be adding to the FTC complaint filed by the person in Sunnyvale, and I think it is important that everyone else who has had unfavorable dealings with NPMG and CIT Leasing do so also. If you did not see the letter...The FTC case no. is 6858368 and should be filed at FTC.gov

I am one of vitims of this company, i have case may be more likely winable, so my LAwyer will prepare to file law suit in next week.
I do not care what i lost but the ost i worry is the next victim.

The case only can win in court when all people knew this is scam, because right now they has legal advantage on their side.
I suggest all victim filed
1- Online files with AZ General Attorney the link http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintform.html
2- Filed complain with your state General Attorney.
3- Filed with FTC link https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

Copy all paper work, if you already use them, do compare for the time you use, do you save any thing, if not write the lost, copy the statement, actuall anything why you do not use them.

If enough people files, it will create attention from those place.

Next talk to your friend, customer, vendor, who ever you can get out short story make people more alert.

The only thing we can win when these Office start to investigate. If not we will have hard time, we do not have money and time as they have.

If you can write your local and national newspaper, radio talk show, TV show, just write, do not need reply, but if the more same story they get, the more chance this case will have national attention. Use the same email so you can save more time.

Just tell them we need their help to save other one became next victims.

CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

We check in court case in AZ, we can not see any law suit agaisnt them. I think we really loose in first round. Most of us will do nothing, just try to adjust our own budget. If we do not fight back, they will grow stronger, so do some suggest above, it wil be no cost but little time.

Thank

More on CIT

See complaints against CIT under CIT Lease Finance Group, CIT Leasing USA....and a couple of other headings....they have many, many complaints all pretty much the same as ours but all obtained from different credit card processing companies...but the common thread seems to be that they appear to knowingly use disreputable companies like NPMG to obtain their leases.

Please let me know if you are willing to take legal steps against them and how you can be contacted.

I WOULDNT SUGGEST SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU ARE JUST GOING TO WAIST YOUR MONEY. CHASE HAS LOST OF HIGH POWERED ATTORNIES IN THEIR POCKETS. YOU WONT WIN. YOU'LL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
