My wife a while back had a fradulent charge on her credit report. When i called the merchant that did the charge they told me they tried to contact my wife at some bogus address. They eventually gave up and yes they were insured for this type of thing and it was handed over to a collection agency. So i believe Sang is right about this.

Kat i am so happy for you that the Illinois Attourney General came through for you on CIT. I sure would like to have seen the letter you wrote to them. I wish there was a way to contact each other on here.

i think this whole thing comes down to insurance fraud... npmg and cit are all part of the scam..BECAUSE since we are closing out bank accounts and refusing to pay these companys .they are not making any money through us.. but still these company are practicing this type of business... ONLY REASON IS... CIT LEASE FINACE must be insured with federal or some place like FDIC.. like most bank and financial institude.. since they have our contracts with our info ..they will call you day and night for about a six months or so (depends on their insurance procedure??) will probley file a claim with their insurance company and will get paid by them.. SO BOTTOM LINE IS .. this is a case for FBI to investigate.. so we need to contact your FBI.... CIT DOES NOT PROFIT BY RUINING OUR CREDIT THEY PROFIT WITH OUR PERSONAL INFO...

AZ Attorney General's office responded to my complaint & they actually got NPMG to respond to them. NPMG used the "fradualant signed contracts" as their tools in their defense with the AZ Attornery General's office. AZ Attorney General's office has an active file on NPMG, but more of you need to write directly to them with your complaints.

AZ Attornery general's office advised that they can't represent individuals to suit the company. More information that their office receives will help build up future case against NPMG & CIT.

We returned the equipment via UPS & insured it. CIT threaten to ruin our credit & asked for $4500 to "BUY OUT" from our contract ! Rediculous !!

We also send a written complaint to the Attorney General at Illinos,Chicago Main Office

Finally! Attorney General at Illinos wrote to CIT & CIT terminated the contract!!

So, write to the Attorney General's office in Illinos, Chicago. Document & write every details of the fraudes that you experienced with CIT. Every details including the many many calls & mean people that you had to deal with at
CIT! The thousands of dollars that they want you to pay for!! Write everything down to the Attorney's General's office. It will take about 2weeks for a response.

Close your bank account, so they can't withdraw any more $ from your company!

I looked up lease finance group or CIT and NPMG on Rip off report and there is a very long list of complaints. What i noticed though is this seems to be a scam a lot of these little processors use in the business. There probably are like at least 100 other little companies that sucker people into this scam. I personally would like to run an add in the newspaper warning people of Arizona of NPMG. If i am not mistaken NPMG changed there name a few years ago. I think once there name gets tarnished enough with complaints then they just change it and continue to do business. This whole thing could be a 60minutes special. I bet it is a huge business. There really should be a law against this. Please please anyone let me know if you file a class action lawsuit and i will join. I am going to give out an email i dont use much but you can still get a hold of me there. My email is Please email me and we will exchange phone numbers and then we can talk about this. I would feel better if i could talk to someone else that is going through this same thing.

Hi Sadly I am a new victim of this scam. For couple night I want to bang my head to the wall because I think I am so stupid.
But I think these company can operate when they knew we will take a loss lay down and blame ourself. Write some letter to some place and time will heal our wound.
Do you know how the Katrina start with, may be by a couple of small wind.
I will file law suit again them, in my case I have enough evidence which they commited an offense as State of Texas Chapter 39.008.
But many of you will never in normal again always blame yourself daily. Try everything so they can forgive us.
Have you ever seen any one begging for any robber return back their property, only fight them or keep silent.
These company is make up by many Professional in same business, they have their Lawyer write them what ever we never know until they show us, they use our trust to bury us.

We hope with these complaint NPMG will read and call you for reibusement, forget it they will laugh at us when they enjoyed their party, drink champane and call us a bunch of stupid.
I am refused to be a fish on the hook, together we will make it strong. What ever lost already lost, now our duty may be sacrify some for the other small business like us, no Lawyer, no time to read contract, trusting people.
I have a plan to fight but i need as many volunteer help as i can. I will have a website come on line by Arp-30-2006, we need at least two person a week to protest in the front of their business, I think for couple weeks may be months will have national media attention.
My hope only make people aware of these scam, we will save our friend even we never know them personally.
If we have enought people sign up we will protest in the front of Lease Finance Group LLC. I will take my vacation week to fill in first week. We will make Visa, Master card company, even JP Morgan to pay attention how these people hurting us, the one bring profit to their corp.
I we can have some national talk show contact, i think we can get our problem solve whebest n Federal involve n to look at what they domne, may be some class action law suit (i never like class action lawsuit).
We do this for our principal, it will not promise we can get our money back, but we will sacrify little more our effort to save other small business.
If you image many other will follow this company, how many life and soul will like us try to banging our head to blame ourself.
Please help us, we refused to be a fish.
We will have poster, we will have brochule, if any one in local can have us to arange hotel, food and may be visit some best Phoenix historical. We will use our vacation time to do some thing very value, which we never can image what we can do.

If the contracts are still the same, you have to go through arbitration before you can do anything else.. and you have to do it in Phoenix..

If you have the carbon copy of your contract, I would recommend reading it.. It is 2.5 pages of REALLY SMALL print.. but you may find some kind of loophole in the whole thing.

If it doesnt have anything about the arbitration, I would take them to small claims court. You can also check out http://www.supreme.state.az.us/publicaccess/search.asp and look up the business or your salesperson. Sometimes it shows information about cases.

The president is actually Lance Morris, and I believe they actually just sold the company.. but I could be mis-informed.
