If you don't read this you could be the next victim of many (fake named) sales people of NPMG that will call you and knock your doors like they did with us.

Mr. Trey Smith the sales person, who came to our shop, promised a much faster electronic processing and very low rate charges from his company. We unfortunately believed him and we signed documents that later became a big trap for us. Agonizing programming and never available customer service and slow processing were only nice part of our contract with NPMG.

In short we had too many pain-full experiences to name them all. At the end we accepted the damages they did to our business and customers and took the losses like: Pin pad (original $200.00 sold for $1300.00) and Cancellation fee $900.00 and got rid of them like a bad virus.

Be careful of what you sign because although we never started processing with NPMG they took out the $295 for processing fee. The machine was never programmed. I tried getting my money back! They refuse because they say its part of the process. I spoke to Megan, she's supposedly the superviser.
