HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE OUR FILES FOR CHARGES HISTORY AND FEES WITH OTHER MERCHANT ACCOUNT TO REDUCE OUR RATE TO BETTER RATE.BASED ON OUR GOOD HISTORY WITH NO CHARGE BACK AND AMOUNT OF CHARGES HE QUOTE US RATE OF 2.05 AND APPLICATION FREE, ACTUAL SETUP FEES FREE ,PROGRAMMING FEE FREE, STARTER KIT FREE ,EQUIPMENT FREE AND NO MONTHLY FEE AND NO ANNUAL FEE.
WE DON'T HAVE RETAIL STORE,WE ASK FOR ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE AND NO TERMINAL.WE GAVE HIM ALL INFO HE REQUESTED.
AFTER 7 DAYS WE GOT CONTRACT AND RETAIL OMNI TERMINALS BY FEDEX.WE NEVER KNEW THIS CONTACT ,ALL THE NUMBERS AS THEY WISH, THEY FILL IT UP AND WE DIDN'T KNOW THE DETAILS AND IN ADDITIONAL THEY SEND A RETAIL TERMINAL.
WE RETURN THE TERMINAL BACK TO NPMG.
AFTER ONE WEEK ,GLOBAL PAY AND NATIONAL PROCESS AND CIT ,2 COMPANIES DEBITED OUR ACCOUNT ,WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION , WE INFORM THEM BY LETTER ,BY FAX, BY PHONE TO FIX THE SITUATION ,BUT NO ONE ANSWER OUR CALL.
I CALLED CHASE MANHATTAN MERCHANT ,THEY SAID NPMG WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THEM .

I read many acticles on this company, i think they only want to make money on the terminal, they use Chase as decoy to shield them from your awareness. I read their service are terrible because they do not want to do 2.05 %, they want 1800%.
I saw someone has the fax from NPMG which they said they will solve all merchant file in ripoffreport.com,try to contact them to see you can get some info out of it.
I also read some suggestion,all of you can use this board set up the date so all can sue the same time, it is a good idea, they can not handle all law suit at once,they may have to solve it before it go to court.
I think they will worry publicity more than you, if no new customer sign up, they will have no money to make.
So it will be their weakness, target their new customer by doing more media complaint, they will have to find you to solve the lease.
Go to local Police Deptpartment, let them know what happen, it may not be their case but they may have best suggestion you never think of.
To sue them,it will cost money,so check your budget,the case may take up to a year. I think with jury seating court, you may win the case.
