Complaint Review: NPMG

I own small liquor store in Denver one day a sales man from NPMG came and told me if I use NPMG as credit card processing system that I will save atleast $200. per month. he told me that about 75% of my customers use Debit card if I use NPMG's processing system that they will charge me .20cents flat rate on the Debit cards and that will save me money but since we giving you whole sale price on the Debit card you have lease the equipment from CIT lease finance group.

I told him that I already have my own equipment but he said our system does not work with your equipment and if you want to save money you have to lease what ever we provide you since you going to save $200. from what you paying now thats not a problem he said. I ask him what about if I buy the equipment he told me that its going to cost me $4200. I finally decided to take the deal if I am going to save about $200 a month that's good. after I received the equipment the first day installed It was not accepting some Debit cards it keep saying access denied I call the Tech support department they told me this is network related problem and we cant resolve this problem there is no other way to solve this problem ,the only thing I can do is to run those Debit cards as Credit card that means I am not going to save money the way the sales man told me.

The other thig the sales man put me on lease on the credit card processing equipment I checked the price online Verifone Omni 3750 which is $339.00 they want 1500% profit they want me to pay $5300 in four years for the equipment I just used one day and returned it since it was not woking the way we agree. I am not going to pay them I will fight all the way.
