SEAN MECHAM IS A TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!!! I hope your children are proud of you!!! Does your wife know the type of person she is really married to??? Sean Mecham the director of Sales and Marketing at NPMG is lower then scum!!! He not only scams unsuspecting, hard working business owners with his one rate for all catagories of processing and 30% of that is missing debit/pin based debit scam. But also trains other people how to do it for him. Sean Mecham walked into my store one day pulled out his lap top and after showing me a savings of 3000.00 a year after equipment. Signed me up for a rate of 1.70% and 20 cents for all of my processing he also included a per item of 30 cents and 0% for all of my debit transactions. After asking him a number of times wether people would have to enter pin numbers for that debit rate he continually told me no and that all I would have to do is press the debit key on the terminal. TOTAL LIE!!! I then asked a number of times how all of my different cards could possably be put into one category he told "thats how whole sale works". 1 week later I recieved the terminal I thought I had bought for 129.00 only to find out that it was 129.00 a month for 48 MONTHS!!! And that my rate was not 1.70% but that it was 1.75% the jerk wrote in a 5 after leaving my store!!! After recieving my first statement I found out what I suppose I already knew all of my transactions were not going through as 1.70% or 1.75% but rather the my Mid qualified rate had jumped to over 3% almost twice what it was with my old processor and that my Non-Qualified rates were now over 4% again almost twice what they were with my old processor. And oh and by they that 30% of my total volume that I was only supposed to pay 30 cents a transaction on did require a pin number and it wasn't 30 cents but 48 cents. NOTHING HE SAID WAS TRUE!! Well needless to say when I called NPMG all I could get was peoples voice mails. I am unable to get ouy of the lease and am planning on closing the doors to my business. NPMG has destroyed my life and has stolen food out of the mouths of my children please dont let it happen to you. I have battled with NPMG for over 6 months and they have ruined my business!! PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

FOR CIT Victims !!! .........

One important advise ! Write directly to Ill. state attorney's office, go directly to their website & printout the compliant form and certify & mail your compliant & with any back up documents. Printout stories of victims in this website and attach to your letter. Any "threats" & "harrasement" encountered with CIT employees you need to spell it out in the letter. document every phone calls & events that happened with CIT. If they hang up on you, document it in your letter to the state attorney's office. Again threats or harrasements.....BE specific ! Request in the complaint form that you want to "terminate the fradulant contract obtained through unlawful sales rep. representation"

The state attorney's office will refer your compliant within its department "consumer protection" division. This division will request CIT to response to the complaint. It takes about 3 weeks to hear from the state attorney's office.

Successful outcome has been CIT agreed to terminate the contract !

Close your bank account.

Again, be specific !!

Good luck !
