I invested money in NRG Binary, to make binary option trades.
A broker called often in the beginning, and was very eager to have me invest more.
The trades went well at first and I did invest more.
When I needed money and made a withdrawal request, no one bothered.
I´ve sent more than 40 emails, called the broker at least 5 times, called the company, chatted with their customer support. No one replies to the emails, when chattong everybody promises they will investigate and get back to me. No one does. The broker refuses all kinds of contact since a month.
I made the withdrawal request July 20 th.
August 5 th the broker took the money I had demanded to be transferred back, and traded. He lost most of it. This was all set up. I´m sure these are fake trades.
This company obviously has nothing of interest, but steel peoples money, by refusing withdrawal requests, and refusing all kinds of contact.
Never ever get involved with these people!
You´ll loose everything you invest!
