i started trading with nrg binary in july sometime the guy i spoke to when i started this process promised me that at any time if i am not happy with the trading I can just withdraw my money and leave. on the 29th of July i asked to withdraw the sum of 300.00USD i waited the whole week to hear from these people and nothing until i enquired it was then that i was told that i didn't submit the documents. i submitted the documents on the 1st august 2013.they then sat with my documents only to inform me on the 5th august 2013 to send the documents again as there things missing. i forwaded again the documents on the 6th august 2013.later on i received another email from them informing me that they didn't receive the required documents. that was when i decided enough is enough i send them an email teling them to refund all my funds and close the account as i can't wait this long to withdraw my own money. on the 7th august 2013 i received an email from their support desk saying they have send my doc's to compliance for approval once they receive approval they will refund my money into my account and i should login go to my account click withdrawal and wait for approval. to my surprise i received a call from a broker this morning asking me what is my problem,why am i not trading? i tried to explain to him my problem and tell him that i no longer wish to continue with them as they are not reliable. he said to me that it is unacceptable i am the one who approached them and asked to open a trading account. i can't just withdraw my money like that all this time he was being rude, and he also didn't have his figures right. he said i should request another withdrawal of 300.00usd as they won't give my money back and i should wait another couple of days foe my withdrawal to be approved i tried to explain my situation to him he wouldn't listen and then hung up on me. i have send two emails two them up until now no response.i have send an email to signals binary they promised to speed things up with them. i am saying this again i want to refund me my money today all of it and close the account. i wouldn't recommend this to anyone so people should be very careful of these people.does a person need to beg to get their money back??
