NRG Motors James Ma sold me a hood that was all messed up. Will cost over $600 to get fixed covina California
Got my hood in and took it to the shop to get painted and put on my truck. The shop informed my it needed over $500 in repairs to get it ready for paint.
I talked to James Ma the owner of NRG, I sent him pics. And I waited for a reply. Took over 10 days and I had to call him to get my answer.
after I called him after 10 days he informed me that was normal wear and he would not give me a new hood or refund my money. I called eBay and they said since it was over 30 days there was nothing they could do.
James with NRG waited the extra days to make sure that I went over the 30 day grace. So that so that eBay could do nothing. I did good two different quotes in both quotes over $500, one was almost $600. One of the shop said they would not even fix it, and both shop said that even after they fixed it that it still wouldn't be a 100% right.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no guarantee on the parts they sell
