Complaint Review: NRG Residential Solutions

This number comes to NRG Residential Solutions mailing address PO Box 38781 Philadelphia, PA 19104. 1-855-500-8703. It's just a scam they came to my house and talk to my roommate to give up my electric bill and talked him into switching power providers at some fixed rate. He told them he was Not the person who's name appeared on the bill Ms. Renely Roman 773-240-8609 said it was ok they could still do the switch with out the real person who's name is on the bill! Now I have to call the Power Company to make sure that there are no changes made to my bill! So sick of these people with these claims of savings! To make sure they could confirm it quick they had someone call the house number and this is the number that came up on the caller ID Data Exchange 1-918-513-4700. There is no brick and morter building that I could find on them or where there offices are located here in IL or PA.
