Her name is Vera Stern not Lynn. Please Google the Dallas District Civil Court and search for Vera Stern. You will see where she sued us but the lawsuit was thrown out for no evidence and she is supposed to reimburse us for the frivolous lawsuit. She's upset that she lost and that's why she's writing these lies and this complaint. Against my wishes my insurance company offered to reimburse her for the HVAC repairs to eliminate 2 years of legal costs, however, Vera wanted over $100,000. She filed 3 lawsuits that day. Hum.
