NRGBinary.com Refusal to admit to making mistake when doing wire transfer from my account. Waiting 3 months ! London Internet

I have been waiting over three months for a withgrawal from my account at NRGBINARY.COM ! 

They insist they sent the funds by wire transfer but my bank said  they sent the incorrect information for it to go thru.

They now refuse to admit they made a mistake and my money is now in limbo.

My emails are now not answered and they just insist they sent the money but my bank has not received it !

I have told them to resend the correct information but they just keep saying the money was sent !

I have dealt eith three different people at "support ", two of these have since left, and the current person is just playing "dumb" !!  

I am frustrated and angry that a company like NRGBINARY, which handles people's money, can get away with this sort of behaviour.  I told them that if they had used a company like SKRILL this would not have happened, but they refuse to use them.

They are just totally incompetant, DO NOT USE THEM !!!
