I am trying to withdrawal funds from my account since Friday the 10th of May. NO ONE in customer support, none of the 3 brokers who called me or emailed me about putting more funds into my account so they could provide 'bonuses' or help me with trading have called or responded back to me. the USA phone number at 914-662-9528 will ring, then transfer you to another department that never answers or the phone will just ring. They have been INCREDIBLY unprofessional, in terms of, customer support. DO NOT USE THEM. Be weary if you get anything from SIGNALS BINARY offering them as a resource broker. NRG BINARY is an unprofessional organization. Also, they have problems with their platform. Giving one price, but the market has something completely different, and twice i found myself WINNING trades, but it was NOT reflected on their platform (during the trading period)i.e. my investment was 'in the money' but their platform indicated i was losing.  BEWARE of THEM, especially when it comes to honoring their withdrawal policy. it's like they close up shop and you can't reach them.

 I am absolutley disgusted my partner has been waiting for his money for over 3 weeks and from what I am reading we have hardly a chance of recieving this any time soon. My partner has been harrassed by 2 of the brokers from NRG binary Eli Jones & Brian Bendish, they have emailed him to say he must have had a bad upbringing, that they are going to make it as difficult as possible for them to get his money out. He has been threatened by saying that they know where we live. I have written to them now for the past 2 days with not a response, we just don't know where to turn other than turning up on there doorstep.

Please can someone give me some good news of a way in which we can get our money back and the money which we are owed. I am not saying that my partner is a saint he has come back to them both with some unsavoury emails. But can you really blame him we are getting no where fast to be honest. We just want the money we are owed and then to cut all ties with them. Please please get in touch anyone who can help, we are based in the UK. My email address is (((redacted))) Many thanks

I have an account with NRGbinary.  I have tried on three occasions so far to withdraw my funds  but they keep putting new obstacles in my way to prevent me from withdrawing my money. 

I feel very foolish in having invested with them and by the fact that I cannot withdraw my funds.  

Are they a regulated firm and if so, who can I contact to help me get my money back?

I believe i started this entire thread regarding Nrgbinary.  I am so sorry to hear that folks are still having problems!  I have long since departed ways with their company.  I strongly recommend using a binary broker that is regulated and gets good reviews.  as simple search on google will provide the best binary brokers without many issues.  I also recommend trading on an exchange like NADEX, if you can.  their platform is much better. i understand the current platforms of many brokers, but they do not provide a way for a prospective trader to 'get out' of a terribly losing trade, NADEX does. It is safer, more reliable and seriously regulated.

I wish you the best with NRG and your funds.

I have been waiting since Jan. 30 for money to be paid into my account by international transfer.  I have done this using Skrill in a matter of days !

My bank uses Western Union but the IBAN # provided by NRG is not correct for Western Union. I have been contacting their customer support since Jan. 30 telling them my bank can't do a trace due to the incorrect IBAN#.

Their response is nothing short of disgraceful, customer support is non existent. It's like they do it on purpose. They sent me a form with some numbers on it but it was almost illegible and I am STILL waiting for a reply and my money !

NRGBinary is definately not recomended.

Hi

I fail to see how this company can claim to look after its clients. They are absolutely useless at processing refunds. That is a sure sign of a firm struggling to meet its cash committments. They keep you holding on phone calls for hours at a time when you get through or just cut you off. The online support is no better i.e does not respond, ends chats with a message to email support. Support does not reply to emails. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. They have a customer support agent for new accounts who does not want to talk to you if you ask about withdrawals.You then get transferred to a another agent who never answers the phone.

Their UK address looks like a firm of accountants as there are many other UK companies using that address. 

They are not regulated by any FSA type body so AVOID them at all costs. Wish I had used this website first before putting my money there.

I asked NRGBinary to close my account 11 days back, provided them with all necessary documents and am still waiting for my funds. Customer services do not answer the phone or hang up after I waited in excess of 30 mins. They are more than happy to call you to add more funds to get a one to one service but very slow and reluctant in paying clients their money back. BEWARE.

American traders of Binary Options need to know that as of June 2013, the only CFTC approved Binary Options broker is Nadex. In the rest of the world there are binary option brokers regulated by CySEC (Cyprus) or the FSA (United Kingdom).
 
The Binary Options Exchange keeps an updated page about regulated binary options at: http://www.binaryex.com/regulated-binary-options/ which covers brokers catering to US & International traders.
 
Hope this helps remove some confusion and saves people money!

Thank you for your response.  However, everything i stated was correct and it was not until I spoke to a signal provider, (Signals Binary) and expressed my disdain did i hear anything from you.  The folks at Signals Binary intervened on my behalf and the NEXT day i received two emails. one from support, which is here:

 Dear Mr. (name removed for privacy purposes)

 Your documents been approve by the compliance office yesterday, your withdraw request been approve and the funds been transfer back to your credit card today.

Thereafter i received the following e-mail from a Sr. Broker:

I hope you doing well this morning,

I checked the issue for you and I will do what I can to make all the process faster and I

trade and improve your strategy it's better to be assign by a professional broker that 
will be able to teach you about the market and give you some strategy's to work with.

Please let me know ASAP what is your final decision and I will make the necessary 
arrangements due to your decision.

while i appreciate the responses I am still awaiting my funds, but i understand your 5-7 business day requirement. I have simply never received so much difficulty or lack of initial response with any of my other binary brokers and i have 3 others, when it comes to withdrawing funds.  The original broker assigned to me NEVER returned an e-mail and the Sr. Broker who did respond has always been respectful and kind. I only wish i did not have to go through a third party before i received any response.
