This company charged my bankcard two separate charges of $226.40 on same day. I have no idea who they are.
A few small boxes have arrived at my house, and I have kept them, as I didn't know what they were for. They are sitting in plastic grocery bags, in the corner, as the USPS told me they won't return them unless I pay postage, since they are bulk mail items.

I have filed a dispute with Visa, and have temporarily had the money refunded to my bank account, and my bank (First Union National) was kind enough to refund the NSF charges this caused.

Visa says I must contact the company, and let them know what is said. I did contact the company a week ago, and was told someone would take care of it, and contact me in a few days. Needless to say, I haven't heard from them. They also told me to send anything I receive back, even though they couldn't tell me what return address these items would have, as, "THEY HAVE VERY, VERY MANY ADDRESSES AND BUSINESSES".

I told them that I would not pay any postage, because I never ordered their items! They said I got some kind of card in the mail, and never sent it back, which is how I ordered the items. You are automatically ordering if you don't return some sort of card that they sent you unsolicited! They aren't saying how they got my bankcard number.

I contacted them again today, and the girl told me she can't do anything, but I should return any packages I receive as refused, and she would have someone else contact me in a few days. I told her what the USPS told me about the bulk mail items (they throw them in the trash when they are refused). She said she would have someone contact me about sending them back. It looks like a runaround to me. I told her I was going to have my attorney contact the Federal Government about this unauthorized mailing, and stealing of my money. She then said she would mark it as urgent for someone to call me in a few days.

We shall see..............

Meanwhile, I am glad that I have signed up with a legal insurance company!
