I was referred to NSS Financials as a broker to refinance my mortgage. I was unaware of any of their past records, and signed a contract to pay $6,000 if they were successful to lower my mortgage. I paid $3,000 up front, and the balance was to be paid upon completion.
I met with Hezi Torati at his office and he promised it would take a few months. After almost 17 months, he told me he was unable to do anything and returned a check to me for $3,000. Upon deposit at the bank, I was told there was insufficient funds and the check bounced.
Hezi Torati refuses to come to the phone anymore, and his office says they have no money. I have filed a suit against the office with the city of New York. They are a bunch of frauds and should not be allowed to do business in this country.
