Ok, I am angry.
Again I will state that the original (free) subscription did not mention anything of an "automatic" renewal at full price after one year.
I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank. This company stated that they would "refund" my charges in 1-2 billing cycles (60 days). Since Visa card disputes generally need to be resolved within 45 days, you can understand my feeling that this is a scam. If I had the knowledge to check this system before I clicked on "OK".
I did not authorize the payment, and any legitimate business would always give you a few days notice that they were going to withdraw money from your account so that you could "opt-out" if you did not want to continue the service. The fact that this was not done, tells me that this company is a RIP OFF!!!!

Well,
It has been several days later now, after multiple phone calls to their 800 number.
I am fully aware that each call costs them money to answer.
I have been promised 3 times to have a refund within 48 hours. This company has
lied to me several times.
First, I talked to someone who gave me a name with an extension number. I called back later to find out that this company not only does have that person employed, they do not even USE extension numbers. Go figure.
I am able to get through to a customer representative by saying "NO" a few times and then pressing "ZERO". This will bypass their menu system and put you into a waiting queue where you can be lied to by a REAL person.
I have been promised 3 times that I would receive a refund within 48 hours. This has not happened yet. So I now have in my posession the address of the State Attorney General.
I suggest we all file a letter of complaint to the Attorney General. The phone number and address is:
