I received a 'free' suscription to some magazines as a gift for buying on the Internet. It was a $2 s&h-per-magazine charge. After finding a $52 charge on my account, calling the phone number dozens of times (always getting the answering system, with no option to talk with a representative); checking the Internet and ending up accepting that I had been ripped-off; I found out how to get a human being on this line, thanks to a tip from another complainer.

All you have to do is call up and remain silent, after 2 or 3 questions, the system connects you with a REAL PERSON.

Ask for all the information that they have with your name on it, and request to be taken out of their system.
I found out they had another $20 charge that was not yet on my account, so I canceled all the suscriptions and expect a refund in three days.
