NSS Magazines Ripoff
NSS Magazines is a huge rip off. I received a "thank you" for a company after filling out a survey, and I was allowed to select two magazines and I would receive three free issues and they would not charge my card. I got ONE issue of each magazines and got charged $31 for it.
I called the number on my credit card bill, and got a machine and they said they'd take it off next billing cycle. There is no reason they can't take it off NOW unless they don't plan to. They were NOT supposed to bill in the first place according to their agreement.
They need to be sued or investigated or something because obviously this is a major and continuing problem! They can be sure I won't keep silent about this!

I was finally refunded my $32 today. I will never get magazines from them again. Fortunately I had the money in my account when they withdrew it, BUT I know some people have had it bounce and get over the credit limit fees. Regardless, it is a crime to offer no commitment, no charge for three magazines, and then to get charged. I hope the rest of you who have been ripped off by these criminals will get your money back soon too!

After being here and reading how many people have been ripped off by NSS, I have filed a complaint with my local Better Business Bureau as well. These people need to be stopped. Even if they refund a few people who complain, they keep doing the same thing and just ripping off more people. They can't get away with it...and they WON'T!
