NT Verio will bill without your consent even if you have requested the NO AUTO-RENEWAL> They are not GOD and should try to boost their revenues without causing the customer countless hours trying to recover their money.
At the least they should pay a monetary penalty and be barred from all auto-renewals unless they send and receive a confirmed request by mail from the customer.
