Complaint Review: NTB Bolingbrook

Rude Rude Rude......
I got my full vehicle alignment done at the shop. It turns out that NTB technician was not able to meet the manufacturer recommended alignment limits. Alignment angles were not only out of spec but also even worse as compared to before alignment numbers. When I asked to bring the alignment numbers as per manufacturer specification, so called Assistant Manager (Tim Lindberg) started insulting me and told me that I do it's not their responsibility to meet manufacturer recommended alignment limits and if I want to meet the recommended alignment limits, I have to pay extra $120.00 to do so.

Also, they ripped me saying that my rotor needs to be replaced and charged my $200.00 for that. When I went back my dealership, they pulled the rcord and told me the rotor was fine, it just needed resurfacing that should have cost me $30.00.

I would recommed all of you never to go to this workshop...........................
