Complaint Review: ntb/tbc corp

I worked for ntb as a salesman then as a service manager. As a salesman i was #1 in the area on sales and also in this district. sold more than anyother employee they had. i told my manager erine that i wanted to see about a service manager position, if they had any openings local.  This compnay employees a regional manager by the name of Neal Reno and neal has a very big anger problem, also has a problem with putting his hands on employees, myself included.. this compnay allowed a employee to put his hands on another and hr did nothing about it. they allowed for a ex-service manager to steal from the company and take money from them but neal reno looked the other way. Neal Reno allowed a friend he hired to keep his job after he broke rules and policys. neal assulted myself and others physically and verbally, HR did nothing. that would be mr. Nick protor in hr... 

this company doesnt support any guildline they set nor do they follow any rules they put into place for there own employees.. i am mad that after i was assulted my the regional manager i got fired and i now have the money to go after this company and just wanted to put my story out there so if this happens to you then your not alone in this matter.
