Initially, there were "roaming" charges on the bill every month. The roaming charges were incurred when I was in my living room. I disputed the charges with the local NTELS every single month. They filed a dispute for me everytime, to no avail.
I have had to purchase new phones several times because the replacement phones were defective shortly after recieving them if not from the moment I had it turned on. I had to wait several weeks to recieve the replacements.
The latest offense is that internet access charges have began showing up on our bills. The charges incurred for accessing the internet have occurred when I was at the local NTELOS DISPUTING CHARGES from the prior month!!!! The customer support staff treats the call as if my claims are an attempt to make a fraudulent claim. I have never recieved a fair response from NTELOS and I always have ended up paying for services that I did not use or request.
NTELOS has put our family through endless HELL. They have decieved, swindled and mistreated good customers. They have misrepresented the actual charges for adding additional lines. They have sent un- equal cheaper versions of the insured phone. The replacement phones do not last and have to be replaced repeatedly at 50.00 a pop.
