I purchased seven rare vinyl records from billysugar@ntlworld.com through PAYPAL and EBAY costing me 112.37 pounds, plus another 10.50 pounds shipping. They never arrived! Thats right they never arrived!
billysugar@ntlworld.com claims to be a vinyl record dealer, but all he seems to be, from my experiences, is a stealer, highly unethical, plus he's an unscrupolous on-line merchant who will not face up to his retailing responsibilities and hides behind an e-mail address so he can block out his victims!
After e-mailing billysugar@ntlworld.com on numerous occasions, not once did I recieve a reply. After several attempts he barred my email address from his email account altogether. This was ultra-extremly frustrating and rude. Further EBAY were unable to do anything about it (beware when PURCHASING on EBAY it's a sellers haven, especially when buying from billysugar@ntlworld.com).
I even attempted to contact him through an on-line fair trading group, needless to say this also failed.
billysugar@ntlworld (e-bay) is a rip-off merchant, think twice if you see his name or address!
