Complaint Review: Ntxtools

I order several tools for my diesel repair shop from these people. After a couple of weeks my order had still not shipped. When i inquired about this they said that several of the tools were on backorder and they could ship what they did have for $5 extra shipping. I informed them that it was ridiculous that I had to pay extra to get my merchandise shipped just because some of the items were backordered, and received the response "we shipped what we have." Several days later my incomplete order arrived. More than one whole month went by without receiving anything or hearing from these people so I purchased the other tools from a different vendor... ToolTopia to be exact and they are excellent! One day I received an email with an invoice from NTX saying my other items had been sent. My account was also debited about $20 more than the amount showed on the invoice emailed to me. I called NTX and explained to them that it had been over a month since the tools were ordered and that they had been purchased elsewhere as tools are my livelihood and when I neef them I need them right away, and when i received the package it would not be opened and would be returned right away and to credit my card for the amount. I was told a return authorization would be emailed to me so i could return the items. An email was never received so i called again today. I was again told a return authorization email would be sent and i should give him an hour to send it out. As you can imagine, i never received that email either. I then researched the company and found the negative reviews, a few that were exactly like mine. I will call again tomorrow. If they think they will get away with this they are wrong. I own a business and have dealt with many deadbeats and companies like this before. They will find that I am a tough row to h*e when it comes to these matters. Please stay away from this company!
