This documents my dissatisfaction with service by Nu-Century Inc  dba NCI. The process to obtain GSA Schedule approval started November 2010 with Nu-Century.

March 2012, Nu-Century Inc. submitted TS& P Properties LLC / dba DMV Transportation LLC proposal to GSA. After numerous requests for updates, I conducted an inquiry in August 2012 and within a week; I was in contact with GSA Staff.  GSA Staff advised me the proposal was rejected and Nu-Century Inc was advised on June 8, 2012 of the rejection by email to Kevin Chace.

August 2010, I advised Nu-Century In (Laurie Butler) I was in possession of the rejection letter and technical review, and miraculously they now had the same documents after I requested a refund.

The technical review and rejection note obsolete, missing documents and expired Dun & Bradstreet Open Rating submitted.  Nu-Century Inc is supposedly the expert in obtain GSA Schedule Proposal approval. The reject proves otherwise, that Nu-Century Inc is incompetent, and I am requesting a refund of $3,500.

In addition, the contract signed on November 18, 2010 paragraph 2 clearly states a refund will be granted if Nu Cen-Tury Inc has not processed and submitted the application to GSA within 60-90 days from receipt of contract.  This process has gone on for almost two years.

I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint. The following is the response to NCI.  In response to Nu-Century Inc, I reference the contract signed on November 18, 2010 paragraph 2 clearly states a refund will be granted if Nu-Century Inc has not processed and submitted the application to GSA within 60-90 days from receipt of contract.  This process has gone on for almost two years.

The proposal was rejected for old forms and expired Dun & Bradstreet Open Rating submitted.  This shows Nu-Century's lack of expertise and incompetence.  Nu-Century Inc should determine companies' compliance with GSA Proposal Standards before taking any monies.

In addition, the proposal was submitted to GSA, March 2012.  GSA issued a response June 2012.  Nu-Century Inc due to there incompetence did not acknowledge the response,  until I requested a refund and under my own ingenuity found out the proposal was rejected with the supporting documentation (Rejection Letter and Technical Review).  Nu-Century Inc never provided me with the rejection letter or technical review.

I continue to request a full and/ or partial refund.
