I have been trying to work with this company for over 2 months. I was told we could order items with full payment or credit terms. The company I work for prefers credit terms so we filled out the proper paperwork. It took them three weeks to approve it. As we were getting ready to order, the customer service agent that I had gotten a written quote from came back and said that my purchase order was too low of an amount for what I had requested. I had been leary of the pricing she had given me over the phone because I had told her exactly what I was looking for twice and she didn't seem to have been paying attention, so I asked her to put it in writing. Which she did, and I have a copy. Then, she said that although the credit application was approved, we would still need to send a check before the items shipped out. We also needed the items shipped by a certain date to open the store. They stated they wouldn't be able to ship 5-6 weeks after they had our money in house. This is a very disorganized, backwards company. I would highly recommend that you try displaycaseshowcase.com or a local fabricated to get what you are wanting or needing.
