Nu Image Medical Absolute Pharmacy My wife died from using Nu Image Absolute Pharmacy contaminated product Lutz Florida

My wife, the love of my life, died two weeks ago from complications due to a series of strokes. She was on the HCG diet from Nu Image Medical and received Rx from the compounding laboratory owned by Nu Image Medical's owner, a Mr. Andreas Dettlaff (Absolute Pharmacy).

The FDA warned these people that their lab was contaminated, posing threats to people's lives. But they apparently ignored it. There are additional violations of strict FDA rules governing these places (see link below). The labels on the bottles of this poison from Nu Image's compounding lab are at the same time as when the FDA cited them for contamination.

My wife went into arrhythmia and ended up in the ER having suffered a acute stroke that left her unable to walk ever since. One month ago, she had a series of related strokes.

She died two weeks later.

Her MD and the team in ER have determined that her health crisis originated from the HCG diet from Nu Image Medical, and their contaminated laboratory at Absolute Pharmacy. My beautiful wife and the mother of our two daughters is now dead due to their negligence and misinformation. Why did they not warn us of their contamination? Why did they misrepresent the facts about HCG? Why have they ignored our attempts to reach out to them?

Before all of this, my wife was in perfect health. She did not have arrhythmia, but the HCG from Nu Image Medical Absolute Pharmacy caused it and that caused her strokes. She believed, incorrectly, that she needed to lose 12 lbs. So she did the Nu Image Absolute Pharmacy's HCG diet, lost the weight, gained it back, re-did the diet and lost the weight, and then regained it, repeat several times.

My wife was 36 years old. This is what happens when medical outfits like this are focused on profits over people.

The medical team working on my wife told me that the cause of my wife's stroke was the arrhythmia which was caused by the HCG product through Nu Image Medical. I've searched the web for days now, finding stories of other people who were injured from Nu Image Medical's product (through their in-house pharmacy called Absolute Pharmacy). I also found countless posts and stories from credible MDs and healthcare professionals who warn that the HCG diet can very easily lead a healthy young person to stroke.

NuImage Medical - telemedicine illegal in Florida??

Hi. first and formost, I am deeply sorry for your loss.,    If all this is true you need to be getting a good lawyer ASAP if you haven't already done so!!  By no means amd i qualified to interpret this or offer advise, but this something I stumbled on and had to post based on my own research Nu Image claims to be a "telemedicine" provider based in Lutz, Florida,.  appear to be some major red flags  : flrules.org/gateway/ruleNo.asp?id=64B15-14.0081

64B15-14.0081 ² (Standards for Telemedicine Practice) to prescribe medication via "Telemedicine" excerpts from the law below

(4) Controlled substances shall not be prescribed through the use of telemedicine except for the treatment of psychiatric disorders. This provision does not preclude physicians or physician assistants from ordering controlled substances through the use of telemedicine for patients hospitalized in a facility licensed pursuant to Chapter 395, F.S.

(5) Prescribing medications based solely on an electronic medical questionnaire constitutes the failure to practice medicine with that level of care, skill, and treatment which is recognized by reasonably prudent physicians as being acceptable under similarconditions and circumstances, as well as prescribing legend drugs other than in the course of a physician’s professional practice.

(6) Physicians and physician assistants shall not provide treatment recommendations, including issuing a prescription, via electronic or other means, unless the following elements have been met:
(a) A documented patient evaluation, including history and physical examination to establish the diagnosis for which any legend drug is prescribed.

Further, as you mentioned the owner owns the telemedicine provider distributing the HCG and the comounding pharmacy making the HCG., I would further speculate that this possibly violates state / federal laws.
