These people never call you back or even care about anything except that Medicare money that they so artfully steal. The "wheelchair" that I recieved cannot manuver very well on 1/8 inch carpeting because the 2 pole motors in it do not allow for fine manuvering in the house. Constantly banging into furniture and walls, marks from it on everything.
Using my 15 year old Invacare model until this is rectified, based on their complete lack of concern or their paper thin commitment to their customers, do not use them for wheelchair advise. They are very much less than honest and you will not be satisfied. I reccomend that you stay away from them as all they will do is use you.
Taking advantage of handicapped people, just a awful company to do business with. You have been warned.
