They are just a crook company. Even if you didnt provide them the documents "requested in order to file" and never signed the docs they force file your file anyway. The only way you will know if and when they force filed your paper is when you get a letter from the state or IRS regarding your documents. They sure are not going to tell you. CROOKS that is all this company is. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I WOULD RECOMEMED YOU STAY FAR AWAY. They dont even repond to BBB complaints. They dont care about the reputation they will just use a different name next year and get away with it over and over and over again until someone puts a stop to it.
When I called to address the situation they admitted that is what they did and that I am not othe only on that was they forced filed. They also said that there is no way to correct it other than filing an admendment. Then the manager jsut wanted to argue with me and justify the methods of the company.
