Complaint Review: Nu River Landing Condo

Eveline Smythe, General Manager of The Nu River Landing Condos In Ft Lauderdale has lost control of her building. The management company, AKAM, is not to blame but she is. The management office staff and HOA board combined are a cross between A Salem "Witch Hunt" and Pee Wee Herman's Fun House. Instead of collecting on back assessments from delinquent owners under the new Florida Statutes they have now imposed a taxation on helpless renters parking spaces to subsidize lazy behavior on the managers part. "Get to work Eveline and do your job". Her security force mirrors SS Storm Troopers and her valets let old women stand in the rain with grocery bags while 3 valets help a 23 year old cutie in a mini skirt with her lap dog. The board itself is run by "Don Corleone" and is clueless and unprofessional.  To all prospective renters/buyers. LOOK ELSEWHERE !
