Nu Star Motors sold extended 5yr/100,00 mile warranty on a modified truck knowing that if it had trouble the warranty was not valid Yuba City California
My husband died and I took my son to buy a truck. I bought the extended warranty in june of 2008. now it is Jan 2009 and I need to use the warranty and come to find out the warranty is no good because the truck was lifted. This is the way it was purchased.
Now I am stuck with a $3,000.00 dollar repair bill that I bought a warranty for. Thanks for nothin...of course my luck the car lot is no longer there but the salesman is the new owner so beware.....he may rip you off toooooo. He new the warranty was no good when he sold it to me.... of course I am just a woman.........that fell right into his hole......Look out.....
