Watching an infomercial and taking the host's words for being true, honest, and factual.  Along with the 100% total money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, with the opportunity to keep SEVERAL free gifts including an entire COOKTOP  itself. NONE OF THESE happened nor did I receive the 100% money back guarantee.  The offer was: buy one Cooktop at the regular price and receive a second Cooktop at no cost, if not satisfied return the first Cooktop within the 120 days in its original packaging and you will owe nothing and your first monthly payment will be refunded. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. And just for trying their products I could KEEP the other items at no cost to me just pay shipping and handling fees.  All ltogether there should have been: 2 COOKTOPS; 2 TRAVEL BAGS;  6" FRY PAN & GLASS LID; 10" FRY PAN & GLASS LID; 10 qt BOILING POT & LID;  12 piece UTENSIL SET; STAINLESS STEEL COLINDER.

I ONLY RECEIVED THE FIRST COOKTOP & travel bag. PAID IN FULL; PLUS I bought two different items (griddle & 4" Fry Pan & Glass Lid). Several different people I called at customer service repeatedly said it was being back ordered and will be sent ASAP.. To this day I'm still without the second Cooktop and the utensils the boiling pot and the two fry pans.
