This is my experience w/ Nu-Way real-estate. I joined in Nov and was told by the sales person over the phone that I would not have to spend a very significant amount of time to do their program. After I sent them the 5000 to join they started asking me questions while I was being taped making sure I understood their operation (1st red flag). Second red flag was you only had 48 hours to request a refund (48 hrs is not enough time to figure out if this program really works or not). It was after the Christmas holidays when I realized that their system of acquiring discounted real-estate in my area of the country was un-realistic and could not be done because of the long drawn-out procedures they required their students to go through w/ them in order to acquired the property. My real-estate coach was a joke and spent 15 minutes w/ me a week instead of the required hour a week because he was ready to go home at the end of the day. I finally realized w/ my full time day job that there would be no way I could successfully do this program and that the sales person lied through his teeth...so I requested a full refund & they told me I could forget about it and went into this BS explanation that my 5000 went to administration fees for setting me up. After about 30 minutes of arguing w/ this jerk he said he would refund half my money if I would forfeit the other half. So I took the offer thinking I could try to get the other half through my CC company. You would think that if these guys were as successful as they say they are, they would have had no problem giving one of their students who honestly did not have enough time to make this program work a full refund. This is a well organized operation who uses contracts and waivers to secure their main source of income which is your tuition fee. Steer Clear.
