Complaint Review: NuBodi

This Nubodi company offers a 14 day free trial of their Colon Cure product. BEWARE that it took more than 14 days to get the free product. On the website I used to order the free trial, there was no information on the price of this product or the fact that if you do not call and cancel this program within 14 days of ordering the free trial, you will be charged $89.31 for the next 30 day supply, that is shipped to you automatically. The free sample comes with NO INFORMATION included in the shipping envelope to tell you to cancel within the 14 days.

Since I did not know to call and cancel, I received the next supply of this item and was billed for it. They assume by your SILENCE that you are happy with the product!!! I called my credit card company and filed a payment challenge, I will be credited for this charge.

I tried to call the 801-208-7485 phone number to cancel this. It took 6 HOURS of random calling to speak to customer service. I kept getting a busy signal. When I told the customer service person that I had a very hard time getting through on the phone, he told me that there must be something wrong with my phone!

This program is now cancelled and I have sent the NON-Returnable product back to them -Return to Sender by USPS. Hopefully, others will read this and will avoid the SCAM this company uses to sell their products. This type of sales practice should be against the law.
