Complaint Review: Nubodi-Colon Cleanse - Paradgm/Greentea

Colon Cleanse has a number of popups. You can sign up for a trial for $3.95 S&H as long as you call to cancel within 14 days. However, they make it impossible to cancel! Their phones have error messages such as: "We are currently experiencing an overwhelming amount of calls, please call back later." and "This number is not in operation, please try your call again." Or you wait online for a long time (I waited for more than 30 minutes) and your call is terminated.

There is NO way to contact them by email either.
Then, they charge your credit card $89.31 monthly, using a variety of different names, including Nubodi and Paradgm/GreenTea.

When you call, operators say you're out of luck and they don't take refunds. Operators also demand your phone records. Well, if the call wasn't completed, you don't have a phone record!

This company is a total ripoff!
