NuBodi The same thing theuy did to everyone else who filed this, there was nothing when first ordering sample and then when I saw the charge on my crdit card bill I called only to be put on hold for 27 minutes and spoke with a Jason who was rude and hung up on me. Yes I too read everything as this happened to me once before, same type of scam and I learned from it (or so I thought). I then saw the $89.31 charge on my credit card bill along with the $3.95 charge.
When I called 2/25/08 to find out what was up I was put on hold for 27 minutes and spoke with a Jason who was rude and hung up on me, NO RESOLVE. This is "fraud" pure and simple and I want them stopped, they are using the internet and allegely the US postal servcie to commit it. I never received anything but the sample, nor did I want anything more than that.
