NUBODY Charged shipping for trial but no more! LAS VEGAS Nevada
I too fell for this scam from a non solicited email. But I got wise right away when the trial shipment did not show up when it was suppose to and when I tried to get through on the 800 number and could not. I went to my bank from which the credit I did use came from and explained my problem. I asked to have a block put on my account from future billings from this company and was told it could be done but if they altered the amount even 1 cent from the amount I would be billed that it would still go thru. They recommended that I cancel my credit card immediatly and to get a new one. This is what I did. So when this scam company tries to collect any more from that account it will be useless. At least I am out only the $3.95 shipping for the trial which I still have not received

Yes you fell for a scam e-mail. But you did the right thing in cancelling your card. I could imagine it is a bit of a pain but you have saved several hundres in fradulant charges due to your quick actions. If more people did this, the company would go out of the scamming business. Lets hope.
