Nuderma Cream Nu Lift Ordered "FREE" SAMPLES" charged $9.90 for shipping then charged $104.97 with no disclosure before I even received free samples and still have not gotten any product. I am LIVID!!!!
I orderd "FREE SAMPLES" of NULIFT CREAM and EYE LIFT. i was charged $4.95 shipping for each of thes items. Before I even received these items, I noted on my bank account that I had been charged $104.97 from NUDERMA. There was no disclosure in the "FREE SAMPLE" ad that this was going to take place. I did not authorizw this charge. To date, I have not received any product for this charge.I am LIVID and am looking for some type of recourse. There does not seem to be a way to make contact with this company so I have looked on the internet for information regarding a SCAM related to this product and found this website.
I spoke to one of your contacts and he offered suggestions and directions as to how to proceed from here. He told me to contact my bank and make them aware that FRAUD has taken place and ask for those charges to be refunded. He also directed me to this site.
I will be more than happy to participate in any class action suit filed against these perpatrators.
