Nugenix Informed me and as advertised that I will get a free sample of the product and all I needed to do was okay $4.99 for shipping. I later discovered that the company had ,without authorization, charged my credit card for a new supply of the South Salt Lake City Utah
This company without my permission or authorization used the information from my credit card -which I used exclusively for the purpose to receive a free sample of their product - to reorder an additional supply of the product for $74.00. Apparently they have noted in very small print that Customers who were not satisfied could cancel out within a certain time period. This small print information was overlooked by me and perhaps several others who do not intend to continue use of this product. I called the company and informed them of this and they first offered me a 20% discount and to keep the product. I refused their off and asked for a full refund because I was not satisfied with the results from the ampules I had used. They instructed me on what I may do, gave me the address for the return and that I would get a refund. I promptly took the package to UPS who told me that since the package had not been opened I could Return To Sender without paying anything for postage which I did. I called Nugenix to follow up because I had yet to recieve credit back to my card. The Nugenix company told me they never received the package. I did as they instructed me and it appears they are not only keeping the package I returned but also my money. They need to be held accountable for the manner in which they conduct business. I don't think it is justified for them to automatically charged my card without my permission and just solely on some clause they add in their advertisement. I only agreed the use of my card to pay for the shipping cost of the free sample. I would like my money refunded to me. They have their package back and they should investigate their return department.

INSTAFLEX MISLEADING

I have the same situation with Instaflex free trial, signed up for a free trial for $4.99 shipping and handling, and the next thing I know I have my credit card bill for $74.98/99. I read their answer to the prior complaint and I was told the same thing but since I opened it I will ship it on my own with a return receipt. The lady I spoke stated that I will get a full refund once they get the 30 days supply they just sent. I have also contacted my attorney and he is tracking, I'm not his first client with this issue. We are hard working people and deserve better.
