I had the unfortunate experience of being recognized as one of the national leaders at NOSS123 (NOSS123.COM) also known as the Number One Success System. I have been a part of this organized crime for over 2 years, "making" as much as $7000 in one day... $10,000 weeks were very typical.

I recently sent a letter to the "head honcho" letting him know that I am throwing in the towel. This, by far, is one of the biggest frauds active on the worldwide web today!

Below is the letter that exposes it all.

Hello, "Family"

Since I am no longer an affiliate of Noss123, I am asking you of two things:

1. That you No Longer use me as an endorsement on your training calls, i.e., rebroadcast.
2. That you will erase my profile information in the back office. (Name, number, etc.)

I would have done the latter myself, but I do not have the access to do so.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but gifting in the context that it is being presented here at Noss123 and all the other gifting programs is 100% illegal. To say the least, I feel both stupid and ignorant to have sat underneath lawyers and judges for several years and not have done my own due diligence when considering such an opportunity.

Well, I got a rude awakening a few weeks ago. Talk about a WAKE UP call! Sorry, but no shiploads of abundance is worth my livelihood, integrity and freedom. All are priceless. I am not willing to sacrifice neither one of them. I was challenged to take a walk down to my own attorney general's office to find out that this program falls under the category of a "pyramid scheme."

Sure, you boast about how there is no fat cat sitting up top and Blah, Blah, Blah (Or is there really a cat?) Makes you say, hmmm.

Contrary to popular belief, the law characterizes this organization as a pyramid scheme.

The law states and I'll put it in laymen's terms -- that if there is a thoughtful consideration to join an activity/program, that has no products or renders no services, to increase your monies, and you must pay-in to become a member of this organized crime (web hosting fee, etc.) and it involves giving at least one or more other parties the exchange of money and -- most importantly -- the need to find MORE people to keep MORE money coming in, a pyramid scheme it is indeed.

Doesn't sound much like a gift to me at all, does it?

Understanding how a lawyer thinks, even if he didn't pursue or couldn't prove that I was, in fact, in a pyramid scheme, he could prosecute me on fraud, which is based on my intent. THIS is what sold me. Can we say, DUH for dummies?

Not one single time did a person send me 3500 bucks never expecting anything in return. No matter how crafty and eloquent you give your useless training on "Watching Your Intent" would it make one bit of difference. It's positively fruitless.

No one was ever thinking, "Here's $3500, Mal. I hope it enriches your household. Nice to have met you. Have a great day" as they give me their fedex tracking number with glee eager to carry on with their life. N-e-v-e-r! Now, that's what you call a gift.

Needless to say, my intent, just like everybody else involved, was ultimately fueled by the motivation to get out of my financial chaos while "giving the illusion" that I was helping somebody else.

Fraud defined, by the law, is a deception deliberately practiced to secure unfair or unlawful gain.

Another interesting factor is that your so-called gifting statements and non-solicitation forms do not have any merit. It means doodlee squat! Try presenting those things before a bar in court and you will do nothing more than incriminate yourself. It states right there under the pyramid law that "any contract binding or signed hereafter to are null and void" and will have no standing in court. The law is already onto it. They're 50 steps ahead.

Unfortunately, this is the most alarming part of it all. Several gifting programs, primarily NOSS, are being followed very closely, even as I type this email to you. It was very disturbing to know that they (Government) have a list of participants in their files.

While I was foolishly beating my chest with pride as to how we have been standing strong for over 5 years, the Government is waiting very patiently, gingerly piecing each particle together before the BIG SMACKDOWN. Do"t want to be around for that! I have been informed that since the orchestration is fairly large, they are preparing for their "close in" very carefully.

I am not even so sure that my name is not on a list can't say that I am dismayed or worried either. But you can bet your bottom dollar that I will continue to sound the alarm. It's in my character to inform, denounce, and enlighten whenever I see error. That's me. Love me or hate me.

Whatever happens in the future will be according to GOD's will. In the meantime, however, I will not continue to idly put my hand in satan's pot of dirty money. Gotta leave that job for somebody else.

So there you have it. I strongly doubt that you have been deaf to any of this information. You have heard it before, and it's beating at your door again. Don't take my word. I dare you to do your homework. I double dare you to take the blinders off while you are researching this information.

The burden is on you. The bible tells us that it is better to NOT have known the way and do it, than to have KNOWN the way and continue to sin. Of course I'm paraphrasing, but it's there. Look it up.

My prayer to God was that He removes the darkened cancer in my heart covered with greed and deceit. It wasn't a painless process, but it has been accomplished. In the Name of Jesus Christ, I ask the same for each one of you.

Sincerely,

Mal

MAL,
I'm looking for more than a blanket letter from you as an answer to this person zthomas. It seems obvious to me that you have not DROPPED the idea that you so hate in NOSS since you started one on your own.

I believe that your part in FRAUD is in your "INTENT" to misrepresent NOSS while you were into it to make the fantastic amounts of money that you say you did. It was your GREED that led people to give up their money in hopes of great returns on their money.

I will ask again... Just when did NOSS benefit from your receiving of gifts from others? Didn't ALL the money go straight to you?

Anyway, whether you answer my Q's or not keep reading.

NOSS Ripped Naked?.I Say Not!

Hello folks that have just read this post from this person named Mal. I will address her first line of information that she is no longer an affiliate of this program at the later part of this message but onward to my points addressing her points. I have been in the same activity for over 2 years now so let me take a moment and point out some things that she fails to mention regarding the gifting activity that she calls illegal. I am too, a person that is a trainer and leader in this activity.

Number One, in Mal's comments about gifting and the illegalities of it, and her explanation of a pyramid structure, she fails to mention that the law and how it is written and what constitutes an illegal gifting scheme is based upon the fact that a COMPANY has to be in control for it to be illegal. Yes, when a company is running the show and is moving from a person to a company then back to a person without products and services then in fact it is illegal. She fails to mention that in her book length explanation of NOSS because NOSS, there is no COMPANY running the show. A gift or pledge is sent from member to member. She also fails to mention that illegal pyramid schemes being set up as a company are not private in any manner.

The NOSS activity is PRIVATE. Being a private activity affords privacy rights constituted by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Privacy Laws that have been and are in existence today. By being a private group the government can in no way interfere with a Private group of consenting adults. It is no different then your local private association of members in a club or something along those lines.

Everyone who joins that club has to be personally invited into that club. Look at the Augusta National Golf Club that holds the Masters Golf Tournament. Augusta is a private club with private membership. The NOSS activity is a private club and you have to be personally invited into the activity just like any other private club or association of people. She fails to mention that as well.

Next she mentions paying into the web-hosting fee associated with the activity. Well that web-hosting fee is paying for the rights to use the software, training tools, audios, information to make person better, links to helpful software and tools for your computer, helping to defer costs associated with the conference call numbers to training and conference call numbers to explain the activity. Wow, $120 a year for all that information. I am so alarmed. She also mentions that the government is investigating all these programs out there. Well NOSS has been around for 6 years now, we are private so the government can not interfere so what are they investigating and who is the government going to shut down since there is no company to go after?? How can the government shut down anything that is private?

Also, when MAL mentions about giving a gift to another person and not expecting something in return, well, that someone gives a gift to another person, they are exercising their right, protected under the laws of this country and the gift and tax laws under the IRS regulations of their right to do so. There are no laws being broken and since Mal claims to use her Christian beliefs into this equation, as well as I am Christian, and if she suffers from withdrawal from her decisions to leave this activity, well then, Mal, do not ever, ever, leave another gift you give to your church at Sunday services. See by giving of yourself and your right to give freely to your church if that is your choice, then you must be doing something wrong. You are giving your to the church so what is your expected return when you do that. No, we give to our church because we give for all different reasons but when I give to my church as a gift, I am doing that as such. I am giving a gift of my own free will and choosing.

Lastly, I will finish by this statement. I am sure who ever answers Mal directly, she will direct you to some other making program that she is now involved with since she decided to not partake in this activity any longer. It is a cunning way to redirect all kinds of folks into a program that she now feels is the next and latest greatest program out there. See people, fear is one thing and one thing only. False Evidence Appearing Real and her FEAR statement will do that to the weak and prey on the weak. It is a shame but people will be people. Just don't use the name of Christ and Christianity in your reasoning because that is simply being a hypocrite. I am proud to be a member of NOSS and I am proud that this is the only thing that I do, the only thing I will ever do and the only thing I will be doing for the rest of my life. It saved me from financial ruin, it has helped countless others do the same. But everyone reading this has to be a standup person and make up your own minds. You want to live your life by fear or not. The choice is entirely up to each individual.

One of my NOSS associates just called me and I was telling him about Mal and what she did here, and he said that she didn't leave on her own, she was unplugged because she was starting her own program, and was directing people from our calls to send her the webhosting fee and not to the webmaster. So now she is singing the blues because she was caught. We all loved Mal, and are very disappointed in her trying to do what she did.

If 100% of the cash comes to you, how is that a pyramid? So we pay for what we use, Leads, Training, Website, etc. There isn't anything better on Planet Earth. And as far as most of us are concerned it is a Heaven sent answer to many of our prayers. Let us pray for Mal.

NOSS123 Collasping in 2008 Biggest Internet Cash Gifting Scam Not Legal

#6Author of original report

Wed, January 30, 2008

To each and every one of you who are considering NOSS123, also known as Number One Success System, NOSS123.com and/or NOSS, who have unknowingly, to some, went under names such as True Wealth Today, Real Results Today, RRS123, World Of Wealth Today, Uptoyouwealth, and a host of other facades to keep their scam afresh, I will be exposing this opportunity from the inside out.

I will update this page as needed; for I am certain that there is a new name change in the making.

I am here to give you some very informative facts concerning this opportunity, as well as the other copycat gifting activities mirroring this organized crime.

Before I begin, let me give those of you who want their meat and potatoes first, the information needed to make an educated decision as to whether you find NOSS' operation deceitful and fraudulent. I challenge each and every one of you to do something meaningful for 2008.

This challenge is for those of you who are considering this opportunity, as well as those who are actively working this operation.

Take this program to your local attorney general's office and not limited to a personal attorney who practices business law: Be certain to base your concern on how the program is being presented with its specifics.

If you are actively working the program and do not wish to divulge your participation at this time, present your concerns as if you were considering the opportunity.

DO NOT generalize the facts of this program. Present the program in its rawest form by providing the website address and password, the gifting statement and non-solicitation forms. Include the fact that you will not be paying taxes based upon the IRS gifting tax law. If the representative is open to listen, direct them to the on-demand informational call where Ken explains it all.

After following these specific instructions, if any one of you can prove that an authorized governmental official has told you, that this program is legal, and if you can provide me with circumstantial evidence confirming this fact, liberally contact me personally at 206-6 6 6-3 1 1 3, and I will send you a true gift of $3500.00. No strings attached.

I am going to enclose some additional facts that you will find helpful. In fact, you will be most grateful that you did your due diligence and fell upon this information before carelessly packing your 100 dollar bills inside of an FEDEX envelope to the strange recipient anxiously awaiting your cash with his tongue dripping wet with greed.

I will also expose some of the psychological tactics that this organization uses to keep their participants brainwashed and bound by the spirit of greed. Hopefully this information will prove resourceful for you when considering your next business venture.

Upon listening to NOSS' informational call, your first indicator that something is amiss should be the highly regulated fashion in which they operate. In addition, you will notice a lot of hype. This hype is practiced -- from the enthusiasm that is created on these conference calls to the testimonies given at the end of the call. Nothing here is authentic.

Be aware. Every thing about NOSS is pretentious. What looks like a pool of support, is really a false impression of "Watch my back and I'll watch yours. At all cost, let's get our next buck together!"

On NOSS' training calls, exclusively for members, you are taught how to become the next best scammer. There are techniques shared, which teach you how to manipulate your character to persuade others that you are the leader they would want to follow.

You are also taught how to give a testimony. Would someone be so kind as to share with me how a testimony can be still called a testimony, if it does not flow from the core of your heart? This is called control.

The training calls are highly regulated. You have the fat cats, the trainers, and then the lay members. The fat cats give the trainers -- most of the time -- divine access to dominate the call. There are certain features on these training calls which allow the "leaders" to control the atmosphere of these calls at all times.

If you are a member of NOSS, unless you are listening blind, you know exactly what I am referring to. If you have ever attempted to ask a question and wondered if you were heard or if anyone was listening because it appeared that either their was a malfunction in the reception or that you were being ignored, it was the latter. Your question or statement did not fit the criteria of the environment. So, yes, you were undeniably being disregarded.

The training calls are designed to keep the members blindly committed to NOSS. NOSS reaps a huge benefit from this. The hope is that the member will continue to maintain his annual web hosting fee and also to continue purchasing the leads offered in their back office. The fat cats are profiting from the both of these promotions. Let us remember that fat cats have fat pockets.

Many people who join these organizations are insecure and have a void in their life. NOSS selects their trainers very carefully. You can rest assure that it is not because of your strength of character. Usually these trainers will be manipulatively pimped for the purpose of leading the blind into a darker ditch.

In return, these trainers are put on untouchable pedestals. Surreptitiously their egos are stroked as they are looked upon as the guru who is making it happen.

The lay members, however, can be heard privately pleading within themselves, "If only I could touch the guru's garment right now, maybe, just maybe, I can make this work too." Once you become aware of this senseless mind game, it is unbearable to stomach.

It is very interesting to note that this is how all the cash gifting programs operate. The winners are only those who are willing to sacrifice their integrity for greed. This is what separates the winners from losers and those who make a gifting program work and those who deem the program a failure.

If you find that you are kicking yourself because you cannot seem to get the Fedex truck to deliver cold hard cash to your door daily, consider yourself a person who has not yet exchanged your intergrity for the spirit of greed. What a blessing.

It reminds me of the mega evangelical church that hypes their members up with the get-your-next-breakthrough-blessing sermon before asking every one in the pew to drop a seed in the ground for their next miracle. The preacher is praised as hundreds of thousands of dollars are left on the table while empty hearts drag back to their broken homes -- hopeless.

This vicious cycle is repeated as the finances of these individuals are pressed dry, while the hearts of the greedy fat cats are made fatter. Unfortunately, since the preacher's sermons are shallow, so are the followers' hearts. They return again and again for a refill of emptiness only to remain dismayed, broken and disappointed in the end.

By profession, I am a court stenographer. I am not an editorialist who likes to enforce my views and opinions onto others. I would much rather provide facts and challenge you to do your due diligence to prove otherwise.

It is important that you base your findings upon evidence. I dare you to challenge your doubts, if you still have them at this point, by plugging into one of NOSS' exclusive training calls yourself.

You may access this recording by dialing 218-936-1005, Part 1 (39:14) pin no. 60649#, Part 2 (2:40) pin no. 60847#. There is a 30-second delay, so be patient. Press # (pound) to increase the volume and * (star) to decrease the volume of the recording. This recording is available 24 hours a day at your discretion.

One more issue that I would like to address before closing. Why would NOSS unplug a person for starting an additional business or program? What security would this give its participants? How has a person violated any guidelines or protocols by starting an additional business? This spells intimidation.

Here is a clear indication of how controlling and manipulative NOSS' orchestration is -- from their highly regulated training calls to their semi-live informational calls. This is simply because NOSS is rooted in GREED -- G-aining R-uthlessly E-ach and E-every D-ay...

Any other legitimate biz op or "opportunity" would encourage multiple streams of income. These individuals are plagued by the spirit of greed. Remain mindful of this, if you are currently in NOSS or if you are considering this opportunity. They can rip your "back office" from underneath you at any time without explanation.

NOSS is insecure and they have earned every right to be. Believe it or not, insecurity is a marked trait that would draw one to such an opportunity to begin with.

Open your eyes. Remove the mud from your vision.

For any of you who have listened to me on the training calls, I would like you to judge carefully by your own discernment and your personal interaction with me. I have no reason to maim a person's character. I did not list names or try to attack anyone individually. You are aware of who they are, just like I am.

I would also like to note that I have been receiving threatening calls from people inside of NOSS to cease and desist the exposure of their illegal campaign. I am ruefully ashamed of my former affiliation with NOSS. It is time to sound the alarm. I will continue to be used as an instrument to do so.

Rumors have it that I am trying to exploit NOSS at the expense of promoting my own home-based business. Isn't it interesting that I have never made one reference or attempt to promote "a new program", if I had one? This is not my intent. Enlightenment and exposure is my sheer motivation.

Mal,
I'm really surprised that you could have been a part of NOSS and also be totally ignorant of how it works. Just who is this "FAT CAT" that you are talking about? You never say. You never explain how money that is gifted in NOSS ever is benefited by NOSS or your so called "FAT CAT".

Tell me, Mal, when you received your gift from your second invitee and all other invitees after that, did you ever have to pay all or part of it up to NOSS or any FAT CAT at the TOP? What? NO, you say.

??"The law states and I'll put it in laymen's terms -- that if there is a thoughtful consideration to join an activity/program, that has no products or renders no services, to increase your monies, and you must pay-in to become a member of this organized crime (web hosting fee, etc.) and it involves giving at least one or more other parties the exchange of money and -- most importantly -- the need to find MORE people to keep MORE money coming in, a pyramid scheme it is indeed."??

I'm interested in why you are still walking free if you were indeed participating in "organized crime" and they have caught on to you and NOSS?

The web hosting fee does render you a service. It's called WEB HOSTING which is perfectly legal to charge. It's time to do some home work. Please call up any web hosting company and ask them how much they charge per year. While you're at it, ask them if their enterprise is an illegal operation. You paid NOSS your web hosting fee and they made good on their promise to host your private gifting.

All of you who want to demonize NOSS give these law definitions of a pyramid scheme. However, you always leave out the part that really makes a pyramid scheme a pyramid scheme and that is its structure. A pyramid scheme is structured so that it is mathematically impossible to sustain. (i.e. 1 person gets 5 people to join up, who each in turn get 5 people etc... etc... Exponentially speaking the world will run out of people to invite very quickly.) If people stop contributing, then the whole thing collapses. Money is said to always "FUNNEL UP" to the top tier so that when (not if) it collapses everyone looses their money except for the scam artist/s running the show. He/she or they are the "FAT CAT" that Mal is talking about. A pyramid scheme by its very structure must fail, people in it must loose money and there in lies the fraud charges.

NOSS is not set up to fail in any way. The 1st person to accept your invitation qualifies you, therefore there is no exponentially increasing base to fail nor is there any base at all or tiers of any such kind. No self respecting pyramid scheme would have such a linear one time qualifying structure.

NOSS does not funnel money constantly away from the participants. When the private gift (that you qualify for and only need to qualify for once) is given to you, ALL of it is given to you. NOSS benefits not one penny by the gift. If you qualify for it, then that is what you will receive.

The system is not mathematically doomed to collapse, therefore the only way that you can FEEL as if you've lost your money, is if you give up before your 2nd person accepts you invitaion. I say FEEL, because how do you loose a gift that you gave someone?

After the 2nd person accepts your invitation, this person will send their entire gift directly to you and you will have no need to continue inviting people if you don't want. So to say that you "most importantly -- (the) need to find MORE people to keep MORE money coming in" is the most outlandish lie about NOSS yet.

"Understanding how a lawyer thinks, even if he didn't pursue or couldn't prove that I was, in fact, in a pyramid scheme, he could prosecute me on fraud, which is based on my intent. THIS is what sold me. Can we say, DUH for dummies?"

Mal, you are walking free of prosecution today, because as you have guessed (or KNOW) a lawyer cannot prove that you were engaged in a pyramid scheme. As I have explained so far you weren't. If they cannot prove it, then you didn't commit fraud under the laws that define a pyramid scheme.

I want to know HOW you defrauded anyone, Mal? Didn't you tell them up front about GIFTING? Didn't you and NOSS explain exactly how the system works?
