Complaint Review: Numerological Resource Center

Looks like the Numerological Resource Center (NRC), Analysis Division, is still trying to going after unsuspecting people because I too received a notification dated Nov. 28, 2014 stating that I too was the latest NRC, New Life Subject an "Official NRC New Life Winner then listed my name and #7, et al.  And that the mininum cash value of awards within NRC Communication by sponsors would be $2,150,000.00.  While the outer envelope did not have any return address, the enclosed return envelope did have:

P.O. Box 868

Lynbrook, NY  11563-0868

This notication stated too that I only needed to send in the $20 payment which represented the low service/handling fee. And if I wanted this transaction to be expedited, then add another $5.  However, they also gave me options on how I preferred to receive my money as:

1. Lump sum

2. As monthly installments

3. Combination of both.

There was also another form to be returned with the payment that asked when I was born? How much money would I need at present to live well, etc.  In addition, asked me how would I prioriized spending newfound wealth in excess of $500,000.00?  At the bottom of this short form they wanted me to print my name then sign or initial the above and date it.  

Lastly, they also asked for my phone number in case they needed to contact me. As well as, asked if I had a valid credit card.  Why?  This information and payment was due back to them no later than January, 2015.
