Complaint Review: Nurse's Book Society

I have ordered more than the amount of books and everytime I tell them I want to cancel, they say I need to order another book. This has happened twice already. I asked for a copy of the books that I have purchased and they didn't send me the copy.

Now they are billing me for $34.36 for a book I never received and said that I never fulfilled my agreement. Can they ruin my credit, if I just refuse to pay this?
