Dear Ripoff Report:
I have some information concerning the Nurses Book Society. I ordered The Nursing Essentials Resource Set from them online. They sent me the wrong materials. After seeing your report on the Nurses Book Society I was very upset and felt taken advantage of. I emailed them a "to the point letter" for better choice of words. I explained to them that they sent me the wrong books, and that I saw a report on them on Rip-off Report.com. I explained that I was not going to be ripped off and that I was not going to pay for the wrong books being sent to me.

I also explained that I consulted my attorney about this matter. I received email today, stating that they were sorry for the inconvienence and that they would send me the correct books I ordered and to keep the wrong books they sent me for my inconvenience at no charge. The right books per their email will be sent within 14 business days. We shall see if they live up to there word. I gave them persistance and that I had consulted my attorney. I will send an update if and when they send me the right books. Thank You

Overreact Much? That is what happened. A simple mistake

It is people like you that make my job a living hell. God forbid we make a MISTAKE! We handle over 40 different book club, with nearly 10 million members. Just try to grasp the number of books we ship on a daily basis. Nobody is perfect, and mistakes will happen.

That is what happened. A simple mistake. We did not intentionally send you the wrong book just to ruin your day.

I can 100% garantee you that if you would have simply contacted us and said "hey, I got the wrong book" we would have IMMEDIATELY corrected it and reshipped your order - AND send you a POSTAGE PAID label to return the wrong one to us.
