Nurses Book Society fraudulent billing, charging for items not ordered or received, deceptive company Indianapolis Indiana
They advertised 3 free books. I was charged $21.98 for the FREE books. I later bought other books and paid $41.42. Then they began sending me books I did not order. I never opened the packages and returned them.
Now they are charging me $81.43 for who knows what. They sent me a bill stating previous balance of $130.93 less some returned books. I have never owed this company $130.93 and don't owe them $81.43. Their bill conviently has no email address or phone number.

Nurse Book Society has send many items to my home without allowing me to authorize such orders. There has been no phone number provided so that I may speak directly with someone, but the bills keep coming. The amount of my current bill has exceeded $250.00. I have many unopened packages that I understand is to be at my own expense if returned. This is wrong!
