Nurses Book Society - Member Service Center ripoff fraudulent billing Camp Hill Pennsylvania
I am being charged $59.99 for a book that I did not order, nor was the book received. After receiving the first bill, I notified the company by mail of the error. Today I received another bill with a $4.00 late fee charge.
I attempted to contact the company via email at service@memberservice.com without success. (No such address found.)
The bill states to send damaged items to: Distribution Center, 505 Ridge Avenue, Hanover, PA 17332. The is the only physicial address given. Checks/payments and correspondence are to be sent to a P.O. Box address. No phone or fax numbers available.
I am disappointed. I have been a member of the Nurses Book Society for several years.

I'm being charged $43.96 for a book {White/Indelible} back in 9/13/04. I send in the form not to send this book, but I still received it. I send the book back.
Now, I have no book and no way of getting hold of this club.[Doubleday book club]
All I have is a bill and a late fee charge of $4.oo.
I'm very unhappy with the club
